RETURN POLICY

All item sales are final — At this time we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or returns. 

Please make sure to read each items descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments and accessories. The garments and accessories in our shop all come with their own unique, special history. All items are hand-picked by vault89 and are carefully inspected.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment, please contact us at info@vault89.eu before placing an order, as all sales are final.

SHIPPING  
Please ensure all shipping information is correct as we are not liable for lost or mis-delivered packages.

All orders ship with tracking. Packages will be shipped out within 4-5 working days.

Rejecting a package will not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Vault89 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail/packages. We take great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. Once your package has left our studio, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our studio.
